Return & Refund Policy

At Zayoons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to help you with a return as long as the following terms are met.

1. Return Timeframe
You can return your items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in good condition.
- All returned products should be in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).

 3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at [Support@zayoons.in] to request approval.
2. Once your return request is approved, you’ll need to ship the item(s) to the following address:

   Kerala, 695615

 Please ensure that you include the return approval with your package.*

 4. Refunds
- Refunds are subject to the condition of the returned product.
- If the returned item is in good condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the form of GIFT CARDS/STORE CREDITS.

 5. Exemptions
Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Final sale items  
- Custom products
- Items purchased under special deals or seasonal sales
- Items bought with coupons or gift cards
- Print on Demand products

 6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

 7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 8. Additional Information
- We do not offer warranties on any products.
- If the item is damaged by Transit (via shipping) , you will need to provide a video of the unboxing to process any claims.
